- We publish our open positions on our career page. You can find the same on our Linkedin page and other job portals. Explore and see if there’s a role that excites you!
- Through your CV, we know more about your professional journey. You can be as creative as you want in your CV and include details about your strengths, hobbies, freelance projects, professional and academic career. You can also attach a video to talk about yourself.
- If you don't get a reply, either the recruiter is busy or the position is closed or you have not been shortlisted for the position. While we try to reply to candidates about selection & rejections, there are times when we are unable to send rejections due to the sheer volume of resumes we get. However, if you strongly feel that you can do very well in the role, please feel free to follow up. There are cases, we missed your resumes by mistake.
- Xoxoday takes full pride in having around 30-40% through internal referrals. Referrals from people who already work at Xoxoday are one of the best signals of company culture and performance. If you have any friends/family at Xoxoday, you can also send your resume through an employee referral. We definitely take referrals more seriously than any other source for hiring.
- We hire from campus for full-time and internships. Colleges& Universities who want to work with us, can please write to [email protected].
- We also work with some select recruiters/hiring consultants globally for specific roles. In such cases, the first screening and interactions with the candidate are through these recruiters.
