What do we look for in our hires?
Every position requires a different set of skills and interviews. However, there are some skills and behaviors we expect in all our hiring. We may not proceed with the candidate if we are not convinced of these aptitudes and attitudes.
- Discipline during the interview process: The candidate's discipline in attending the interviews on time, in the right professional dress, and in the right frame of mind.
- Body language: Candidate's real interest and motivation for the job.
- Teamwork: Candidate's ability and experience to work with teams, especially during remote work.
- Communication skills: While some internal roles (like data entry) may not need very high degrees of communication skills. However, any role which requires good communication (sales/marketing/leadership/success) will proceed only if you have good communication.
- We look for candidates’ grit, hard work, smart work, innovation, any relevant past experience from industry or role, reference checks to determine the suitability for the role.
- If someone has been changing jobs too often, we may not proceed with such candidates.
