While the internship journey looks different for each individual, the larger structure remains the same. Here are some guidelines for internships at Xoxoday.

1. The minimum duration for internships is 2 months. However, we generally prefer internships for 3-6 months.
2. Internships are listed on our website in the careers section.
3. We are open to interns from any college and location as long as they are fit for the role and bring the expertise & passion to deliver.
4. Interns are also offered full-time roles on the basis of their performance and suitable positions post completion of an internship.
5. Interns are paid stipends defined by the role and their performance.
6. Interns are given various other company benefits as listed on the website. However, certain benefits like insurance/loans/ESOPs/bonuses, etc are only applicable for full-time employees.
